Bella is a mental strength trainer and football coach with a passion for developing the whole athlete. A former professional soccer player in Germany’s Frauen-Bundesliga, she brings lived experience from the world of elite sport, enriched by her work as a teacher and therapeutic counsellor in training.
Through an authentic, growth mindset–based approach, Bella supports athletes in building the confidence, focus, and resilience they need to meet challenges head-on. Bella crafts personalized sessions tailored to each athlete’s unique needs, using a variety of tools.
Her sessions go beyond technical skills—players learn how to trust themselves, manage pressure, and show up as strong, grounded individuals in every aspect of their lives.

Soccer Training with a Mental Edge
We offer one-on-one technical soccer sessions that gently incorporate mental strength tools like focus, confidence, and emotional regulation. While we work on skills like ball control and passing, we also create space for athletes to practice simple mindset strategies they can carry into games and life.
Each session is personalized based on the athlete’s goals, interests, and current needs. Our aim is to support young players as they build both their game and their inner confidence—one session at a time.
We provide personalized therapy sessions that help young athletes build confidence, character, and self-awareness through activities they genuinely enjoy. These sit-down sessions are relaxed, engaging, and built around the player’s personal interests.
Together, we explore healthy self-talk, goal setting, emotional regulation, and self-esteem through fun, gamified strategies that feel natural and supportive. Every session is customized to help athletes better understand themselves and grow as both a player and a person. It’s about meeting them where they’re at and helping them move forward feeling empowered and grounded.
